Dohm House was originally an office building with access to Gipsy Hill Rail station, Crystal Palace Park and local entertainment within walking distance.

The project consisted in the change of use to residential including the complete interior reconfiguration to accomodate 5 modular studios, 2 one bedroom apartments and the addition of an extra floor to offer a single top floor apartment.

Each apartment has been carefully designed to maximise the use of space and integrating smart modular solutions that provide multi-function, compact and flexible spaces.
